Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell Air Freight & Sea Freight & Customs Clearance & Inland Transportation by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

  • Gain more revenue and profit for Company’s business , make new customers and manage existing clients to cover 3 times for salary

  • Monitoring sales team performance to achieve the target and budget assignment by sales manager

  • Visit customers and potential clients within assigned territory (BKK, Perimeters, Samut prakan, Samut sakorn, Chonburi, Rayong, Trad and other )

  • Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.

  • Have to cooperate with operation team for solving the problem and making customer satisfy with our service.

  • Interface with Sales departments to assure timely and accurate services and/or quotation which provided to the customer must be approved by sales Manager.

  • Provide weekly report and activities to Sales Manager on Friday

  • Have Sales Meeting on every Monday

  • Others as assigned.

 

Necessary Skill / Experience

  • Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related fields.

  • At least 5 years as Outside Sales (MNC Freight Forwarder or JP Freight Forwarder (taking care western foreign client)

  • Managing experience with subordinates as senior or leader for 2 years

  • Taking care Key account with high sales volume

  • Good command of English both writing and speaking

  • Holding own car

  • Service minded, ability to work well under pressure, sales-oriented with negotiation skills.

 

Preferable Skill / Experience

  • Able to start working immediately

 

Languages skills

English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday)
